Design Management Specialist

Description:

  • Collaborate with senior design professionals to develop and implement design strategies across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Main responsibilities include creating, updating, and maintaining the organization's design playbook, incorporating best practices, benchmarks, and lessons learned.
  • Analyze new land proposals and conduct feasibility studies to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of consultants and designers to deliver high-quality design solutions from concept to completion.
  • Validate designs against branding, standardization, and sustainability requirements.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for version control and quality assurance.
  • Identify and escalate design issues that may impact project timelines or quality.

Growth Alignment:

Serve as a central engine driving design standardization, enabling faster rollout across the organization's expansion strategy.

Reporting & Collaboration:

Reports to the Head of Design and partners closely with Project Management (PMO), Pre-development, and Construction teams for successful delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in design management, preferably across Commercial, Residential, or Mixed-use projects.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver design projects from inception to completion.
  • Familiarity with branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks.
