Production Team Manager Position

The Production Supervisor role is pivotal in driving organizational success. We seek an experienced professional to oversee and manage the production team, ensuring timely and efficient production while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate production team activities, providing guidance and coaching as necessary.
  • Monitor performance and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Schedule work assignments and ensure proper staffing levels to meet production targets.
  • Oversight of the production process to guarantee timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare equipment and device tags, wiring ferrules, to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Maintenance of production machines and accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintenance of product quality through coordination with the QC team and addressing quality issues.
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations and promotion of a safe working environment.
  • IDentification of opportunities for process improvements and implementation of changes to increase efficiency.
  • Development and implementation of production strategies with management.
  • Analysis of production data and preparation of performance reports.
  • Management of inventory levels and coordination with procurement to ensure availability of necessary materials.

Requirements:

  • Over five (5) years of experience in a production environment.
  • Proven track record of supervising production teams and meeting production targets.
  • Experience in managing production schedules and coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
