The Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager-Investment Banking to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in deal origination, sector coverage, and client engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end deal execution across M&A and Private Equity transactions
  • Driving deal origination, sector coverage, and client engagement
  • Creating detailed financial models, presentations, and investor materials
  • Leading industry and company research to support ongoing mandates
  • Collaborating closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of experience at an investment bank or related field
