Job Opportunity: Senior Site Architect and Draftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Architect and Draftsman to join our team. As a key member of our architecture firm, you will be responsible for architectural design on a day-to-day basis.

  • Excellent in design and presentation skills
  • Good in identifying and addressing architectural challenges
  • Good at site coordination and identifying and resolving site challenges proactively
  • Working Drawings and Detailing
  • Good understanding of building services and coordination
  • Versatile in using design software such as Cad, Sketchup, Revit, BIM
  • Able to prepare architectural reports and documents
  • Knowledge of Local bylaws, Desirable should have good communication skill
  • Tolerant of ambiguity, willing to backtrack and seek multiple solutions
  • Good in multitasking, able to work under extreme pressure
