Essential Qualification: Under Graduate with Diploma/Certificate Course in Auto CAD

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Profile:

Join our vibrant team at Fortress Infracon Limited as a Draftsman specializing in Structural, Architectural, and Wet Utilities.

Contribute on Infrastructure projects, with a focus on designing detailed plans for structural elements, architectural features, and wet utility networks.

Prepare precise drawings and collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Drafting:

  • Assist architects in creating detailed plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

  • Prepare construction drawings in accordance with design specifications, local building codes, and zoning regulations.

  • Modify and update drawings as per feedback from senior architects or clients.

  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design and technical issues.

Structural Drafting:

  • Create and modify detailed structural drawings for foundations, framing, and other structural elements.

  • Work closely with structural engineers to ensure designs are feasible, accurate, and meet building standards.

  • Prepare reinforcement details, structural schedules, and layout plans.

  • Ensure structural drawings are in compliance with relevant safety codes and regulations.

Environmental Drafting:

  • Assist in drafting environmental design components such as site plans, landscape architecture, and sustainable building systems.

  • Ensure all designs align with environmental standards, energy codes, and sustainable building practices.

  • Collaborate with environmental engineers and designers to incorporate green technologies and systems into building designs.

General Drafting Support:

  • Produce accurate, clear, and organized technical drawings for construction documentation.

  • Review and revise designs based on client feedback or changes in project scope.

  • Assist in creating 3D models and renderings to communicate design concepts.

  • Work with other team members to ensure the overall project timeline and quality standards are met.

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D / 3D

Strong graphic skills

Understanding of MS-Office

Excellent attention to detail
