Financial Leadership RoleJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Head to lead our financial operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our organisation's goals and objectives.

  • You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies to maintain a high level of integrity and governance.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions to build trust and credibility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies to maintain a high level of integrity and governance.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions to build trust and credibility.
  • Analyse financial performance and offer insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks while maximising opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements

A successful candidate should have:

  • A qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial leadership roles within the business services or IT/ITES industry.
  • Extensive experience in business finance and partnering to drive growth and development.
  • Should presently be in a team leadership capacity with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve organisational goals.
  • Experience in building operational efficiency, systems and processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive strategic decisions and improve financial performance.
