Effective production leadership requires a unique blend of strategic vision, operational expertise and quality focus. As a seasoned Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solar structures that meet our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring timely output while maintaining strict health, safety and environmental standards.
  • Manage material flow, job placement and stage-wise movement during fabrication and assembly to optimize production processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Design and execute layout plans for new lines/projects, incorporating fixtures, gauges and equipment installations to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Manage in-process inventory, maintain daily production reports, machine logs and breakdown records, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Closely collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new products and structure types, while monitoring production costs and resource utilization to meet predefined goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar structure manufacturing or a related metal fabrication industry.
  • Proficient in managing production machinery, tooling and quality control processes.
  • Solid understanding of solar mounting structures and associated fabrication methods.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel and production planning tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage shop floor teams and workflows.
