Senior Data Integration Specialist

About this role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled data integration specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional with expertise in designing, building, and optimizing complex data flows using SAP Datasphere.

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience working with SAP DataSphere - System Setup and Management, including sizing, spaces, allocation, security, transport, and performance optimizations.
  • Strong expertise in creating efficient BDC/Datasphere ingestion and transformation flows, including replication flows, data flow, remote tables, SQL views, and graphical views.
  • Proven experience in writing Python-based transformations and creating repeatable & reusable functions in SAP DataSphere.
  • A minimum of 3 months of experience working with SAP Business Data Cloud.
  • Experience with SLT, Cloud Connectors, DP Agents, and applying SLT server sizing guidelines.
  • Ability to extract data from SAP S/4HANA (CDS views, extraction tables, extractors), SAP ECC (via SLT table, extractor extraction) and non-SAP legacy systems across both on-premises and cloud platforms.
  • Highly experienced in end-to-end data integration strategy ensuring security, scalability, and high performance.
  • Ability to enhance, maintain, and optimize CDS views to support efficient extraction.
  • Proficient in integrating data from various sources, including SAP HANA, SAP BW, AWS, Azure, Data Bricks, Oracle, JDBC, OData, STFP, and others.

Bonus points: SAP BDC / SAP DataSphere Certification preferred.
