Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and user account lifecycle.

As a System Administrator at Tayalco, you will administer and troubleshoot Windows servers OS (2016/2019/2022), desktops, and enterprise applications. You will also implement IT security policies, patch management, and data backup strategies.

In addition, you will support networking, IPBX systems, and endpoint devices to ensure smooth operations. You will collaborate with teams to enable automation, bots, and AI-driven tools for tender filing, compliance, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and user account lifecycle
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows servers OS (2016/2019/2022), desktops, and enterprise applications
  • Implement IT security policies, patch management, and data backup strategies
  • Support networking, IPBX systems, and endpoint devices to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with teams to enable automation, bots, and AI-driven tools for tender filing, compliance, and digital growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, GPO, and Office 365 administration
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud (Azure/AWS)
  • Working knowledge of scripting (PowerShell/Bash) for automation is a plus
  • Familiarity with endpoint security, email management, and user support
  • Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to grow into AI and automation domains
  • Stable employees with long term association with company preferred
