The role involves working closely with the creative team to develop and maintain a consistent visual language for all touchpoints, from packaging and campaigns to social media and performance ads.

As part of a dynamic team, you'll play a key role in crafting how our brand is perceived, felt, and remembered by consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining a consistent visual language across all channels.
  • Ensuring the integrity of Mayskin's brand while evolving it with fresh ideas.

Content Creation:

  • Designing engaging assets for social media platforms that effectively communicate scientific information and fun concepts.
  • Creating performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, and Amazon ads.
  • Supporting influencer and community campaigns with content templates and visuals.

Packaging & Product Design:

  • Collaborating with the founder and content team on new product packaging, ensuring strong shelf presence and recall.
  • Preparing mockups, dielines, and print-ready files.

Cross-Functional Creative Support:

  • Designing website banners, emailers, WhatsApp creatives, and Amazon A+ pages.
  • Partnering with content writers, video editors, and agencies to bring campaigns to life.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of design experience, preferably in consumer brands or the beauty industry.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and packaging work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma/Canva skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • An ability to translate complex information into consumer-friendly design.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate design effectiveness.
