Job Overview:
We seek a skilled Digital Illustrator with 0–2 years of experience in crafting compelling illustrations and digital artwork. As a key member of our creative team, you'll be responsible for developing original visual narratives that reflect brand values, emotions, and product essence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality illustrations and digital artwork for various mediums – print, web, packaging, and physical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product development, to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
- Maintain consistency in visual tone while pushing creative boundaries with character design, patterns, typography-led compositions, and cultural motifs.
- Stay up-to-date on art, design, and cultural trends, incorporating this awareness into your work.
- Evaluate the quality and color standards of your illustrations.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, form, and character design.
- Proficiency in digital illustration tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or similar software.
- Versatility in working across different illustration styles (quirky, modern-ethnic, minimal, maximal, pop-culture-inspired, etc.).
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to visually interpret emotions, themes, and narratives.
- Familiarity with art, culture, flora-fauna, and mythology is beneficial.
- Prior experience in lifestyle, gifting, fashion, D2C brands, or packaging design is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
