Digital Transformation Lead

Head of Delivery - Digital Business Unit

We are seeking an innovative and strategic leader to join our IT services organization as the Delivery Head in the Digital Business Unit. As the leader of this multidisciplinary practice, you will drive innovation, lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge solutions, and align technology strategies with business goals.

You will play a key role in transforming how clients leverage technology to enhance their digital footprint, optimize operations, and achieve business outcomes.

  • Delivery Management: Own and manage the delivery of a digital portfolio of customers from a delivery and operations perspective.
  • Team Management: Empower delivery managers, program and project managers, and ensure Account/Program/Project risks and issues are addressed effectively.
  • Business Management: Monitor projects/programs, revenue, margins, revenue growth, yield per employee, and customer satisfaction.
  • Growth Mindset: Own the growth of the portfolio and be responsible for hiring and offboarding decisions.

This role requires 18+ years of experience in managing large transformation programs and projects, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in IT services, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
