Job Title:

Print Production Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Print Production Specialist to oversee the day-to-day execution of client print projects. This individual will be responsible for driving on-time deliverables through effective project management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Collaborate with artwork studios and printers to achieve quality prints and maintain consistency
  • Provide technical support and advice to minimize costs
  • Lead conversations with stakeholders during color assessments
  • Develop strong project management skills, track timelines, and meet deadlines
  • Manage color standards storage and arrange courier services as needed
  • Take initiative in resolving challenges and foster good relationships with stakeholders
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of progressive print production experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Client-facing experience and prior experience in project/account management
  • Familiarity with color management tools and various print methods (e.g., offset, flexo, or gravure)
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and external clients or vendors
  • Autonomy and ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
