Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Print Production Manager. In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day print execution for our clients, ensuring timely deliverables through effective project management.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in print production, with at least 5 years of experience and a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client expectations and ensure that their projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Partner with artwork studios and printers to drive quality prints and maintain consistency across all projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of progressive print production experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of color management and separation tools.
  • Familiarity with various print methods, including offset, flexo, and gravure.
  • Excellent analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
