Corporate Hospitality Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Corporate Hospitality Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the hospitality and administrative functions within our organization, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all visitors, clients, and guests.

The role involves coordinating visitor registration, issuing badges, and providing assistance as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing corporate events, meetings, and conferences, including catering arrangements, room setup, and audio-visual equipment.

You will work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution. Furthermore, you will oversee office facilities, including space management, maintenance, and security, as well as maintain inventory and procurement of office supplies, equipment, and furniture.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Travel Coordination: Assist employees with travel requests, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
  2. Hospitality Management: Ensure a welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors, and coordinate visitor registration, issue badges, and provide assistance as needed.
  3. Meeting and Event Coordination: Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences, including catering arrangements, room setup, and audio-visual equipment.
  4. Office Reception: Supervise the reception area, including receptionists and front desk operations, and maintain a clean and organized reception area and provide information and assistance to employees and visitors.
  5. Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with hospitality vendors, catering services, and event suppliers to ensure high-quality services and cost-efficiency.
  6. Administrative Management: Oversee office facilities, including space management, maintenance, and security, and maintain inventory and procurement of office supplies, equipment, and furniture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate hospitality and administration, with experience in managing teams and budgets. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
