Job Opportunity:

We are seeking highly motivated professionals for a role in Investor Services and Transfer Agency.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in investor servicing, operations, or transfer agency functions within financial services.

This is a key position requiring attention to detail, strong client service orientation, and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

  • Manage daily operations of investor services or transfer agency functions.
  • Oversee transaction processing, investor reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Monitor and improve processes for operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and standard operating procedures.
  • Support audit and regulatory review processes.
  • Mentor and lead junior team members.
  • Provide support for new client onboarding, transitions, and system migrations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-8 years of experience in investor services, fund administration, or transfer agency.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, fund structures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with investor services platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with global financial institutions or hedge fund clients.
  • Understanding of FATCA, CRS, AML/KYC guidelines.
  • Familiarity with tools like Investran, Advent Geneva, or similar platforms.
