Application Lead Job Description

As a senior software leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of applications. You will serve as the primary point of contact and work closely with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in application development and delivery
  • Collaborate and manage teams to perform efficiently
  • Make informed decisions that impact the team's success
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decision-making processes
  • Provide solutions to complex problems across multiple teams
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring among team members to enhance overall team capabilities
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features and enhancements
Professional and Technical Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is essential
  • Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies
  • Experience with integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is required for this position.
