Job Title: Educational Program Coordinator

About the Role

You will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for learners, addressing inquiries, guiding them through the program journey, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, adaptability, and attention to detail will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learner Support: Provide high-quality support to learners through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to manage program timelines, ensure alignment of deliverables, and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously look for opportunities to streamline program delivery, enhance learner satisfaction, and implement best practices for efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all learning communications adhere to quality standards and branding guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
  • Adaptability to Business Needs: Ability to respond to tickets, chats, and out-calling as per business requirements.
  • Customer-Focused: Demonstrated experience in customer support roles with the ability to resolve learner inquiries professionally and effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms and tools, with an interest or background in EdTech being a plus.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work across teams for exceptional learner support.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Focus on results, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
