Job Summary

 

  • Create awareness about programs through presentations and seminars to colleges and coaching classes.
  • Provide career guidance to students, analyzing their academic and career aspirations.
  • Offer expert advice on our educational admission requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop targeted admission programs based on student trends and preferences.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of student information, including telephone logs and feedback.
  • Prepare detailed reports and proposals in response to student inquiries and external agencies.
  • Conduct telecalls for career guidance with potential students, providing personalized support.
  • Invite prospective students for campus visits and the admission process (entrance test, GDPI, and final admission).
  • Review and filter student applications efficiently.
  • Process student registrations in a timely manner.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop targeted solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with student databases and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of education sector trends and best practices.
