Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage projects at our organization.

  • A full-time remote position focused on developing interactive business stimulation games.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Owning project timelines from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  2. Creating and maintaining tracking documents in various tools, updated daily.
  3. Proactively communicating key milestones and reminders (daily, weekly, monthly) to stakeholders.
  4. Ensuring team members are aligned with deliverables and deadlines.
  5. Reviewing and finalizing agreements within one business day.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
  • Proven ability to drive accountability and performance across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resilient, proactive, detail-oriented, and decisive.
