Real Estate Project Lead Converter

Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Professional Lead Converter to develop and execute strategies for converting inbound and outbound leads across our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate proactive calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
- Coordinate site visits for interested buyers, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Respond to inbound queries, provide detailed project information, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Evaluate leads based on budget, requirements, and timelines to optimize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets while providing actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in lead conversion, preferably in real estate or sales-related roles.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in follow-ups.
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism in client interactions.
