We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to fill the role of Finance Business Partner. The primary focus of this position will be to closely monitor IT spending, evaluate efficiency, and develop frameworks for project management within the IT department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, project management, and with a keen ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze and track IT spending across various projects and departments to ensure adherence to financial goals.
2. Conduct regular assessments of IT expenditures to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with IT leadership and project managers to develop and implement project management frameworks that optimize resource allocation and improve project delivery.
4. Create financial models and forecasts to support decision-making related to IT investments and project prioritization.
5. Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT spending and project efficiency.
Qualifications
• MBA / CA / CMA
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial management software (e.g. Oracle).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
