Office 365 Administrator Job Description

As a highly skilled Office 365 administrator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting various Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing user accounts, permissions, and licenses in Azure and on-premise Active Directory. Strong PowerShell skills to build automation solutions for Exchange Online and other Office 365 services are also required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and support Office 365 services
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses
  • Build automation solutions using PowerShell
  • Manage Azure AD and Azure Entrust ID
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 services
  • Collaborate with IT professionals to implement best practices
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Office 365 configurations and procedures
