Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead quality initiatives in the healthcare sector. This role entails overseeing the development and implementation of quality management systems aligned with industry standards.

  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in quality improvement tools, including RCA, FMEA, Pareto, Control Charts, etc. A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field is required. Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is highly recommended.

In this position, you will be responsible for conducting audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to high-quality standards. Additionally, you will analyze quality metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Quality Management Systems: Design and deploy quality management systems that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  2. Lead Audits and Compliance Checks: Conduct thorough audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  3. Analyze Quality Metrics: Collect and analyze quality data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  4. Prepare Performance Reports: Develop and disseminate regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Certifications: Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is highly recommended.
