About Us
We enable the delivery of exceptional healthcare for practicing clinicians, medical groups and health systems. Our integrated technology and forward-thinking solutions support healthcare providers through every function of the patient visit, helping organizations scale, improve quality and achieve cost savings.
We take on the chores of healthcare — spanning administrative, clinical, and operational burdens — so that clinicians can focus on their core purpose: delivering great care. By bringing joy and purpose back to medicine, we're creating transformative value in healthcare and empowering clinicians to build healthier communities.
Our role requires strong expertise in HL7 standards and practical experience working with leading interface engines such as Rhapsody, Corepoint, or Mirth. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting interfaces that enable seamless data exchange between clinical and enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement complex healthcare interfaces using Corepoint, Mirth Connect (NextGen Connect), and Rhapsody. This includes creating and modifying interfaces to support new clinical workflows and business requirements.
- Perform rigorous testing of interfaces to ensure data integrity, message routing accuracy, and system reliability. This involves unit testing, end-to-end testing, and collaboration with clinical and IT teams.
- Monitor interface performance and provide timely support for production issues. Troubleshoot and resolve errors, message failures, and connectivity problems to minimize downtime.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all interfaces, including design specifications, data maps, and operational procedures.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in healthcare interoperability and interface development, with a strong understanding of HL7 standards, communication protocols, and troubleshooting tools within interface engines. They possess excellent problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical staff.
Experience Required
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare integration/interface development.
- Strong knowledge of HL7 standards (v2.x, v3, FHIR, CCD).
- Experience with various communication protocols such as SFTP, MLLP, and web services (SOAP/REST).
- Hands-on expertise in at least one interface engine: Corepoint, Rhapsody, or Mirth.
- Good understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR data exchange, and interoperability concepts.
