Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a People Systems Analyst.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Sage People HR system, including data integrity, workflow processes, auditing, and issue resolution.
  • Provide first-line support for People Systems queries, including triaging helpdesk tickets.
  • Act as second-line support for system-related queries from the wider business.
  • Develop and implement workflows that align with business policies and support the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of new functionalities across Core HRIS, Talent, Performance, Integrations, Pay Flow, Benefits, and LMS.
  • Offer system configuration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day end-user support, acting as the primary contact for Sage People queries.
  • Produce and interpret reports and dashboards for people analytics, ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable, accurate HR data.
  • Perform regular audits, system updates, and ensure compliance with data policies such as GDPR.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing HR systems, particularly Sage People.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including IT, Payroll, and external vendors.
