Implementation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and integrating our products and solutions for clients.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, configure solutions, and ensure seamless implementation. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and passion for delivering exceptional results.

About the Role

As an Implementation Expert, you will play a key part in deploying and integrating our products and solutions for clients. You will collaborate with internal teams (DevOps, Support, Product) to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and integrate our products and solutions at customer sites.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with their business needs.
  • Work with internal teams to design and implement monitoring, logging, and service desk solutions.
  • Develop and maintain implementation-related documentation, standards, and user guides.
  • Provide training and support to customers for effective product usage.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 4–8 years of experience in IT implementation, system integration, or related roles.
  • Experience with monitoring and service desk tools (e.g., ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Grafana, ELK).
  • Knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based deployments.
  • Familiarity with network concepts and ITIL processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or JasperBI.
  • Exposure to scripting or automation for deployment/configuration.
