Job Title: Senior Business Development Specialist
Job DescriptionThe primary focus of this role is to foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their technical staffing needs. As a key representative of the company, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of clients' technical requirements and provide bespoke solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality IT candidates to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client information within CRM systems, leveraging experience with platforms like Ceipal, JobDiva, or SalesForce.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, driving revenue growth and expanding the client base.
- Work seamlessly with delivery teams to:
- Ensure prompt fulfillment of client requirements.
- Communicate client needs, expectations, and feedback effectively.
- Monitor progress of open requisitions and provide regular updates to clients.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates, resolving any issues that may arise during the recruitment and placement process.
- Manage candidate submission and interview processes, prioritizing effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Aid in expanding into new industries to grow and diversify the client base.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, demonstrating expertise in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies (AI), Network Technologies, and roles that support these disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities, driving successful contract negotiations and issue resolution.
- Proficiency with CRM/ATS and VMS platforms, as well as Sales Navigator.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites, with occasional out-of-state travel possible.
- Self-motivation, coupled with excellent time management and organizational skills, to prioritize tasks and achieve goals efficiently.
