Business Analyst Job Opportunity

As a skilled Business Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring our client's business needs are met through the implementation of our ION solution. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a project team structure.

  • You will provide business analysis and troubleshooting support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that our ION solution meets all necessary requirements.
  • With hands-on experience in project implementation duties, you will be responsible for initiating, designing, building, testing, deploying, and providing production support for our solution.
  • You will adhere to best practices for our ION solution in all functional designs, specifications, unit testing, implementation, and deliverables.
  • A thorough understanding of ION documentation standards is required, as well as participation in quality review processes for all deliverables.
  • You will maintain full chargeability on assigned client accounts and inform project managers regarding your status.
  • Maintaining industry and functional expertise through client projects and training is essential.
  • You will present our Product solution to client users, supervised by Principal Business Consultants or higher levels.
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements, configuration designs, test plans/results, and other project deliverables as determined by the Project Manager and Lead Business Consultant is crucial.
  • You will support Technical Consultants by providing business and functional guidance, review, testing, and validation of scripted solutions (reports, plugins, interfaces) as directed by the Project Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior treasury experience is preferred.
  • Motivated, flexible, and fast learners are encouraged to apply.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related IT field or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work onsite at client locations and collaborate effectively within project teams is vital.
  • Treasury experience is highly valued, as is strong client-facing and written/oral communication skills.
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience in the applicable industry is ideal.
  • No prior experience is necessary in ION products, but 1 year or less with ION or similar ETRM systems is advantageous.
