A challenging role has become available in the field of Treasury Management, where you will be responsible for supporting our Head of Treasury. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in managing external stakeholders, raising funds, ensuring compliance, and handling cash flow/liability management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raising funds through negotiation with banks and financial institutions.
  • Credit rating surveillance and compliance reporting, ensuring we remain compliant with all regulatory requirements.
  • Debt servicing and liability management, overseeing our debt portfolio to ensure timely repayment.
  • Planning and coordinating cash flows, including auditing and modifying charge creation with our MCA partner.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with PSU and private banks, negotiating fee structures and arranging management calls.
  • Preparing loan applications, CMA data, and documentation for disbursements, as well as coordinating with Legal & Compliance for transaction vetting.
  • Driving fund raising and streamlining debt raising processes, while handling credit rating surveillance with multiple agencies.
  • Overseeing stock audits and charge creation/modification with MCA, as well as managing post-disbursement compliances and due diligence reports.
  • Ensuring timely submission of RBI, NHB & other regulatory returns, and managing liability dashboards, debt servicing, and investments in liquid funds/FDs.
  • Supporting the CFO in cash flow management and cost of borrowing analysis.

Requirements:

  • A CA or Postgraduate degree in Finance (MBA Finance preferred).
  • At least 7-12 years' experience in fund raising for NBFCs/HFCs, with strong skills in negotiation, relationship management & problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with NBFC/NHB regulations, IND AS & IGAAP, as well as knowledge of NHB refinancing (an advantage).
