Senior Manager Digital Transformation Job Description

In this senior role, you will play a pivotal part in spearheading the company's digital transformation initiative across diverse stakeholders.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and execute the LDT roadmap, which aims to address business problems and opportunities for key customers in the F&A domain through the application of methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering, and technology solutions such as Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms, as well as expertise in leading transformation across all sub-processes in the F&A domain. Strong project management skills, influencing skills, and clarity of thought on effective project management are essential for this role.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional global leads, including the digital delivery team and client leadership, to deliver planned digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects successfully. Additionally, you will provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with program and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the LDT roadmap to solve business problems and opportunities for key customers in the F&A domain

Requirements:

  • Certified Black Belt
  • Extensive experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms
  • Experience in leading transformation across all sub-processes in the F&A domain
  • Strong project management skills and influencing skills
