Lease Abstraction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lease Abstraction Manager to oversee the daily functions of our Lease Abstraction team. This individual will report directly to Senior Director and be responsible for leading a team of Managed Services employees.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Local Managed Services operations, leadership, and people management as part of our India Managed Services Global Delivery Centre.
  • Engage with Business leaders locally and globally to help build and support the Managed Services team in India.
  • Drive global integration and standardisation in India by working with Managed Services Department Service Offering Leadership.
  • Work with global and local leadership to ensure commonality of approach and resource management.
  • Contribute vision and leadership consistently with our Services strategic plans and objectives.
  • Optimise solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across Services Departments.

Requirements:

  • 7 plus years' experience in Lease Abstraction or related field and managing a global team.
  • Ability to manage abstraction projects, conduct regular meetings, and resolve issues.
  • Responsible for training and onboarding of new abstractors.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire a team to achieve great things.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration skills.
