Job Title: Production Executive

Job Summary:

The Production Executive oversees the execution of print projects, ensuring timely deliverables through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client expectations and ensure adherence to their process and policies in delivering work tasks on time
  • Provide technical support and advice to minimize costs
  • Partner with artwork studios and printers to drive quality prints and maintain consistency across prints
  • Support during design phases through artwork processes, review and identify potential risks
  • Lead conversations with stakeholders during color assessments on print work
  • Utilize strong project management skills to track project timelines and meet deadlines
  • Manage color standards storage and support courier arrangements with logistics companies
  • Take initiative and be proactive in resolving challenges
  • Foster good relationships with stakeholders
  • Provide support onsite, offsite, and at printer sites as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years progressive print production experience or an equivalent combination of education
  • Client-facing experience and prior experience in project/account management
  • Familiarity with color management or separation tools
  • Strong knowledge in various print methods (e.g., offset, flexo, or gravure)
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills from conceptualization to completion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues across the organization, and external clients or vendors
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to details, deadlines, and reporting
  • Occasional travel is required (local/international)
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
