About the Marketing Role

This role supports brand building efforts across product portfolios, combining creative thinking, data analysis, and executional support to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop market understanding by analyzing target groups, competitive landscapes, and other relevant factors.
  • Create new product development communications across various touchpoints, including product display pages, D2C stores, CRM channels, marketplaces, and more.
  • Manage consumer interactions through social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, and other channels.
  • Analyze data to drive measurement and learning for marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and agencies to manage stakeholders and drive project success.
  • Conduct market visits to track offline business health metrics, such as distribution, revenue, visibility, and planogramming.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and passionate about building a consumer brand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven team player.
