Job Description

We collaborate with clients to oversee daily workflows of existing assets, including monitoring cash flows, tracking asset performance, managing risk, overseeing third-party partners, and executing business plans.

Our role involves portfolio onboarding & summarizing reporting, preparing analytics, communicating status, processing, and asset-level activity to various groups. We work closely with asset management and investment teams throughout the life of an investment.

Collaboration with asset management teams and external business partners is crucial in facilitating and reviewing performance. We suggest value enhancements where applicable and coordinate with third parties and internal teams for lender reporting, loan covenants, and credit agreements compliance.

Key terms are outlined in credit and purchase agreements, ensuring operational efficiencies and information flow within both internal and external teams. Funding and distribution activities are managed by working with internal and external teams.

We also manage real estate technology project implementation initiatives. This includes collaborating with the client's technology team and third-party consultants on high-priority projects.

Detailed reviews of chart of account mapping to real estate asset's trial balance accounts occur during the implementation stage. Financial statement reconciliations are reviewed, and discrepancies are resolved to ensure generated financial statements reflect deal activity and performance.

Assistance in managing third-party workflows and utilizing dynamic portfolio management tools to analyze standardized financial statements, key performance metrics, and partner reporting is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Sound experience in asset management or related fields (6-8 years)
  • Strong accounting knowledge with advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with a well-developed understanding of key investment performance drivers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Benefits
