Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our social media marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement cross-channel campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in social media marketing, with a focus on engagement and conversions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
