Admissions Leadership Role

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced admissions leader to drive our strategic growth goals. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement robust admissions processes that enhance our visibility and positioning in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic plans for admissions aligned with our institution's mission and growth objectives.
2. Conduct research on best practices in admissions and recommend innovative strategies to improve our processes.
3. Design and implement seamless applicant experiences across all touchpoints, ensuring a high-quality lead flow and conversion ratios.
4. Oversee content strategy across various platforms to support our admissions funnel, including website, social media, email campaigns, and webinars.
5. Collaborate with marketing teams to co-create digital campaigns and storytelling strategies that attract diverse and mission-aligned applicants.
6. Establish robust MIS and dashboards to track lead flow, conversion ratios, applicant profiles, and team performance.
7. Present regular insights, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in admissions, outreach, or sales, with at least 8 years in managerial capacity. Proven track record in scaling high-touch admissions or outreach systems using digital tools and performance-driven strategies. Demonstrated experience in sales or customer acquisition with target-oriented approach to conversions. Strong ability to link big-picture strategy with ground-level execution and planning. Excellent team leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
