Key to driving success in our organization is a strategic thinker who can deliver solutions in data analytics.

We seek an individual with strong innovation and excellence values, who will work on impactful initiatives promoting profitability and efficiency across commercial investment banking. To achieve this goal, we need someone to define and report key metrics for operations program health, manage high-volume reporting & dashboarding projects, partner with senior leaders to advance business analysis and insights delivery, develop deep understanding of systems and processes to extract insights from existing data and identify IT enhancements, and establish strong partnerships with IT teams.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL, Python/R, Qlik Sense/Tableau, Alteryx, and distributed file systems like Hadoop/Hive. Knowledge of Jira and MS Office is beneficial.
  • A successful team player with excellent communication skills and strong work ethic will be a valuable addition to our team.

To excel in this role, one must have ability to understand business problems/processes and design data-driven solutions, as well as design and execute repeatable scalable data solutions (extraction/mining/modeling/visualization). A graduate/postgraduate degree preferably in computer finance or statistics core areas and minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in financial services/commercial banking are desired qualifications.
