Investment Execution Leader

This role entails full-cycle investment management, encompassing sourcing and thesis development, diligence, structuring, and post-investment portfolio work. You will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and associates, running internal reviews, and setting the bar for research quality and investment judgment.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Build proprietary sourcing pipelines across India and globally.
  • Drive founder meetings, diligence, modeling, and IC preparation.
  • Lead term sheet negotiation, legal closure, and value creation.
  • Advise founders on GTM strategies, hiring, org design, and downstream capital.
  • Identify underperformance early and own risk-mitigation conversations.
  • Track and report KPIs, milestones, and board-level insights.
Team Leadership:
  • Mentor and manage analysts and associates.
  • Enforce follow-up, research depth, and memo quality.
  • Run internal investment reviews and pre-IC forums.
Fund Strategy & Reporting:
  • Contribute to LP dashboards and investor updates.
  • Support new fund design, co-investment structures, and sector allocations.
  • Represent the organization at founder forums, investor summits, and profile events.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or fund investing.
  • Strong deal sheet with end-to-end investments led or co-led.
  • Experience across sourcing, founder interaction, diligence, and IC presentation.
  • Confident communication skills to defend a thesis without overplaying.
