Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee daily office activities in a seamless and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Security Management
    • Implement robust security measures, including CCTV cameras for two facilities
    • Organize training sessions for guards on behavioral, safety, and fire-fighting techniques
    • Conduct regular fire drills and maintain fire extinguishers
    • Verify and check vehicle papers at the gate
    • Define roles and responsibilities of security personnel
  • Facility Management
    • Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep
    • Finalize contracts and ensure compliance with standards
    • Manage housekeeping inventory and conduct surprise checks
    • Maintain high standards of housekeeping with service providers
    • Requisition materials, procure supplies, and monitor stock levels
    • Perform all office maintenance and renewal of AMC agreements
    • Liaise with government agencies and officials
  • Canteen Management
    • Administer the company cafeteria
    • Control dining hall hygiene and maintain checklists
    • Participate in internal and external audits
    • Control crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen, and kitchen equipment
    • Manage food waste
    • Select catering services based on quality, quantity, and hygiene
    • Arrange snacks and meals for employees and guests
  • Transport Management
    • Schedule bus routes, vehicle maintenance, and employee management
    • Monitor mileage and ensure efficient use of vehicles
    • Optimize routes and check utilization and non-utilization of vehicles
    • Arrange safety and security training for drivers and employees
    • Verify vehicle fitness, medical tests, PUC, driving licenses, insurance, and taxes
    • Make travel arrangements, including air and train bookings
  • Vendor Management
    • Liaise with vendors and agencies for effective corporate deals and AMCs
    • Renew contracts, verify invoices, and follow-up for timely payment
