Process Engineer Job Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering services to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Process industries.

  • Develop complex process models using simulation and optimization tools.
  • Understand project requirements and translate them into specifications and deliverables.
  • Produce timely and high-quality project outcomes.
  • Build and configure dynamic process and flow models for Oil & Gas processes.
  • Run simulations for various scenarios with built models.
  • Carry out dynamic process and control studies.
  • Perform optimization and de-bottlenecking studies.
  • Assist with flow assurance model building for real-time production systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years' experience in refinery or petrochemical operations/process controls/engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced process control, real-time optimization, performance monitoring, and first-principal modeling.
  • Proficient in Aspen Hysys, Aspen GDOT, KBC Petrosim, Technip Spyro, ROMeo, Rockwell Pavilion, Yokogawa smoc, Honeywell RMPCT, ASPEN DMC plus, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to read and interpret process diagrams and control logics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, domain knowledge, and chemical engineering principles.
  • Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.
