Job Opportunity

The Senior IT Procurement Specialist will lead the procurement process for all IT projects ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT procurement operations including request processing and vendor coordination
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide procurement services to stakeholders
  • Support vendor assessments and ongoing evaluations
  • Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, resolve payment queries, and rectify discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, procurement documentation, and invoices
  • Prepare and publish periodic management reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a similar position
  • Sound knowledge of IT industry procurements (hardware, software, services & telecom)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Working experience in vendor management and basic accounting practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
