Job Overview:

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing exceptional executive support and coordination services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including trustees, board members, senior management partners, donors, and other external partners.
• Collaborating with the leadership team to ensure the Chief Functionary's profile is up-to-date and responds to requests for materials regarding the organization in general.
• Coordinating outreach activities with the Board of Trustees team and working with the leadership team on strategic initiatives.
• Providing travel support, reporting, and event coordination services.

Requirements:

Post-graduation in any discipline.

~8 to 10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a non-profit organization.

~ Experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnership development, and fundraising (desirable).

~ Proficient in Microsoft Office/G-suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
