Role - Chief of Staff

Location - Andheri (Mumbai)

Job Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with business heads and founders to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

 Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and challenges.

 Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.

 Develop detailed business plans, including financial modeling and forecasting.

 Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.

 Drive key projects and initiatives from conception through successful implementation.

 Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to stakeholders.

 Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

 Assist in change management and organizational development efforts.

 Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

 3+ years of experience in management consulting, business management, or a related field.

 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

 Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and project management.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.

 Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).

 Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

 MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution is preferred.

 Experience in the healthcare or crowdfunding industry is a plus.
