Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent cold calling and objection-handling skills, with the ability to qualify leads using frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or similar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting high-volume cold calling to generate new leads, qualifying prospects, and prioritizing follow-ups. They will also secure discovery calls and on-site discovery meetings for the senior sales team, manage calendars, and confirmations. Additionally, they will update all interactions, notes, lead statuses, and next steps in the CRM in real time, maintain data hygiene, and run structured follow-up cadences to progress leads through the funnel.

In this role, you will use and improve call scripts and sequences to increase conversion rates, share market feedback with Sales/Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and campaigns, and track and report on daily/weekly activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline health.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in lead generation/SDR/BDR or similar role
  • Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills; comfortable with outreach targets
  • Appointment setting experience with measurable results
  • Solid CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and habit of meticulous data entry
  • Ability to qualify leads using frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; confident, clear, and persuasive
  • Organized, goal-driven, and resilient with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
