Job Title: Automation Specialist / Workflow Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned automation specialist to join our team and lead the design and implementation of an end-to-end automation system that streamlines our operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating various tools into a seamless workflow, replacing manual admin processes with reliable automations that meet compliance standards.

  • Automation Development: Design and implement document automations for receipts, contracts, audit packs, and authority forms.
  • Slack Integration: Build Slack command workflows for one-click actions.
  • Crm Automation: Configure and optimize Pipedrive CRM fields, automations, and deal stages.
  • Document Generation: Automate document generation from Google Docs to PDF and email.
  • e-Signature Workflows: Integrate DocuSign for e-signature workflows.
  • Onboarding Automation: Automate onboarding workflows for Property Management tools.
  • Lead Routing: Route leads from funnels and classify them via AI.
  • Dashboards and Reporting: Develop dashboards and reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution, and pipeline tracking.

Requirements:

  • No-Code Platforms: Proven experience with no-code automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n).
  • Slack Expertise: Strong knowledge of Slack integrations and app workflows.
  • Crm Automation Expert: Experience with CRM automation (Pipedrive preferred).
  • Google Workspace Automation: Familiarity with Google Workspace automation.
  • DocuSign API/Integration: Knowledge of DocuSign API/integration.
  • Property Management Tools: Ability to integrate with Property Management tools and BGL Simple Fund 360.

Nice to Have:

  • Ai-driven Automations: Experience with AI-driven automations.
  • Australian Compliance: Familiarity with Australian property or SMSF compliance.
  • Error Handling and Monitoring: Prior experience building error handling + monitoring dashboards.
