About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Artist Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, working closely with influencers to coordinate content creation, and maintaining strong relationships with talent.

As an Artist Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and onboarding new talent, managing their growth and career success, and ensuring alignment with industry trends.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the entertainment industry and has experience in artist/influencer management. If you have a strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management.
  • Work with our influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Support in identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating terms, and maintaining influencer relationships.
  • Assist in reviewing influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as creative and business development, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage talent schedules and availability, ensuring alignment with client campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with the brand's objectives and influencers' strengths.
  • Support the Senior Manager in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Requirements
  • Experience of 6 months - 1 year in artist/influencer management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
