Expert Telecaller


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Expert Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing detailed information about our travel packages, answering customer inquiries, and handling bookings.


Responsibilities:
  • FOLLOWING UP ON LEADS
  • Maintaining customer databases
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving

Requirements:
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS IN TAMIL, ENGLISH AND HINDI
  • Experience with customer service and outbound calling
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases
  • Ability to understand the nature of work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry is beneficial
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused and polite attitude
