About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing comprehensive paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage Google Ads campaigns, including text and YouTube ads
  • Collaborate with designers to create engaging landing pages
  • Structure campaigns using ad groups and keyword strategies
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using detailed analysis

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee Meta paid campaigns, focusing on lead generation, traffic increase, and direct messaging
  • Develop creative assets in coordination with the design team
  • Research and implement industry best practices to stay ahead of trends

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (min 1.5 years) managing Google PPC, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram paid ad campaigns
  • Demonstrable ability to continuously learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
