Implementation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Implementation Engineer.

Job Description:

As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CXM programs in the APAC & EMEA region.

Key tasks include:

  • Developing scalable, fast, and robust CX survey programs on Medallia Experience Cloud and Qualtrics XM.
  • Implementing new features and optimizing existing ones to drive maximum performance in solving simple to complex business problems.
  • Collaborating with other implementers, clients, client servicing, and project managers, including cadences with Medallia/Qualtrics Expert Services/SUCCESS Managers.
  • Attending daily/weekly stand-up meetings, collaborating with peers, prioritizing features, and working with a sense of urgency to deliver value to customers.
  • Working closely with other Implementation Hubs to synergize experience and initiatives.
  • Managing change control and Project Development plans to ensure good planning of implementation timelines and prioritization.
  • Internal communication with all relevant stakeholders via Jira.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT-related roles, ideally with a focus on customer experience, customer feedback management, CRM, business intelligence, and management dashboards.
  • Experience and certification in Medallia Experience Cloud (Qualtrics CX & EX is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and organizational skills with a strong focus on solutions.
  • Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance.
  • Very good English language skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Expertise with different database technologies is beneficial.
  • Experience with professional software engineering practices (e.g., unit testing, code reviews, design documents) is a welcome addition.
  • Experience in using ticketing tools such as Atlassian JIRA/Confluence is desirable.
